Within the Partnership 2000 programme, the Noa/Nuha Centre for Women are helping the connection between Hadera, North Israel and Charlotte, USA by creating and coordinating a programme for a trip to Poland in July 08.

# in providing facilitators to run Women Empowerment courses under Cisco and JOINT projects part of the retraining initiative of unemployed women in Arab and Jewish towns.
