The workshops focus on the following issues:
· individual/group relations - raising awareness of the individual’s place in the group and its personal and collective identity
· legitimizing personal change
· continuous reexamination of values, myths and conceptions
· coming to terms with the Jewish-Arab conflict’s consequences in today’s society in Israel
· discussing the relations between Jews and Arabs in Israel
· raising the awareness of individual and collective denial mechanisms
· examining the meaning of citizenship and statehood in the State of Israel vis a vis the Jewish-Arab conflict
· examining future models of statehood and citizenship
· bridging cultural misunderstandings
