Building on over 50 years of experience as the leader in Arabic language study in Israel, Givat Haviva operates a Language Unit on its campus.  This Unit adopts an experiential approach to language study – exposing its students to different societies through face-to-face encounters in communities and facilitating learning through cultural mediums: movies, songs, holidays, religious texts, poetry, literature, current events, sports and more. A range of courses are offered for both students and adults, as well as learning events for language instructors and administrators.
